When Aaron started PRM in 2011 he had a strong vision to partner with smart clients and develop feasible emergency plans, backed by the best emergency management training available.

A professional firefighter by trade, Aaron brings 25 years of first-hand experience to the boardroom and the training class room. Aaron has built wonderful relationships with many innovative and highly respected mentors who commend his ability to listen, learn, and adapt.
In 2020 Aaron locked arms with Form1 CEO, Steve Shirlaw, and PRM became part of the Form1 Group. The two businesses are strongly aligned on culture, values, and safety expertise, and share a deep passion for people, exceptional customer service, and results.
When he is not sharing his frustration on the golf course, or playing Farmer Joe, Aaron is PA to two beautiful daughters and his wonderful wife.
